Python Job: Data Scientist Manager

• Contribute to the Data Science stream of our Digital Innovation team and pro-actively come up with new ideas around data-driven solutions.
• Lead develop end-to-end, data-driven analytics products in a cross-functional team. Ensure a robust integration of AI products into technical systems. And support the Swiss Go-to-Market Team.
• Coach, advice and mentor colleagues in the Data Science stream.
• Development and optimization of predictive models with large sets of unstructured data.
• Develop and work on the integration of end-to-end software prototypes, including data engineering, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence algorithms, or custom algorithm development.
• Investigate new data technologies and contribute to the continual development of open-source based Data Science and Machine Learning platforms.
• Measure and track impact of the products developed through Machine Learning KPIs. Present result of analyses to clients and share knowledge with team members.
• Work on the KPMG AI in Control initiative to create explainable AI.

At least 2-4 years of experience as an applied Data Scientist in the industry (financial services preferred) Master Degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer sciences or similar Proven track record in the creation of production ready Data Science solutions in an enterprise environment Strong experience in Python, additional Language skills like JAVA, Scala or Go are a bonus Profound experience with frameworks like Tensorflow, Scikitlearn, Pandas, SpaCy etc. Experience with the work on unstructured data like texts and images Confident with the handling of large data sets (structured and unstructured) with database technologies like PostgreSQL, experience in Elasticsearch or Knowledge Graph Stores are a bonus Good experience with data focused cloud tools and technologies on Microsoft Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud or Google Cloud First experience with AI explainability methods like LIME, Counterfactuals etc. Experience with Feature Stores, Model Repository and Model Hosting tools or cloud solutions Strong communication and team working skills Experience and/or certificates in agile working frameworks like SAFe are a bonus Fluent in German and English
